摘要:随着矿难的频频发生,瓦斯探测器的灵敏度越来越受到人们重视。本文中的红外吸收型甲烷检测仪便具有选择性强,灵敏度高等优点。其中近红外滤光片为该装置的核心部件。本文介绍了利用特征矩阵法进行薄膜设计的制作方法。采用Si和SiO2作为薄膜材料,利用ZX波长不同的长波通和短波通滤光片对接,以完成近红外波段的带通滤光片设计。
该滤光片ZX波长为1651nm,并在该波长附近的透射率可达到95%。
Abstract: With the frequently occurring of mine accidents the sensitivity of gas detectors is paid more and more attentions by people. The infrared absorption type methane detector presented in this paper has the features of powerful selectivity, high sensitivity, etc. In the detector the infrared filter is the core part of the device. This paper presents a fabrication method which uses Eigen Matrix method to conduct film design. The design of the band pass filter in near-infrared band is completed using Si and SiO2 as the film materials, and the butting of short- and long-wavelength pass filters which have different central wavelengths. The central wavelength of the filter is 1651nm, and transmittance around this wavelength is up to 95%.

Abstract:With the frequently collapse of mines, the sensitivity of gas detector have being worthy of our considerations.

The infrared absorbed detector for methane in this article especially, the core components of this device----Near infrared optical filters, have advantages on conspicuous selections, high sensitivity and so on.

What's more, here introduce the method on film system design using the characteristic matrix method.

Using Si and SiO2 as the film material, we try to finish the design of the pass-band optical filter in the near infrared band, with the docking of long wave pass and short wave pass optical filter in different central wavelength.

The filter's central wavelength is 1651nm, and the transmittance
close to this wavelength would reach 95%.

Summary: With the frequently occured Mining Accident, People pays more and more attentions to the sensitivity of gas detector.

The infraredabsorption detector metioned in this article do have the advantage of better selectivity and higher sensitivity. The core component of it is the near-infrared filter.

This article introduced how to use the method of Characteristic Matrix to devise film.

Use Si and SiO2 as the meterial of film, butt jiont the Long wave pass and the short wave pass(which differs from the lenght of their central wave)to finish the design of pass-band optical filter with near-infrared band.

The lenght of the central wave for the filter is 1651nm. And the transmittance can reach to 95% around this lenght area.
