Continuously drive the recruitment process further improvement of efficiency consistency and local statues compliance. Keep on tracking the potential candidates in offering on boarding and probation process. Responsible for recruiting projects such as early career talent pipelines. Help on manpower analysis report and manage recruitment efficiency. Updating recruitment plans candidate pool recruiting report. To be responsible for maintaining andor improving employee information database. Training Development Assist business training needs understanding and planning. Support on training activities
