钢筋混凝土在水工建筑中的应用
钢筋混凝土在港口码头中有着非常广泛的应用,因此对于港口中钢筋混凝土的研究就非常多。而我也看了一些这方面的资料,虽然我不能很好的理解,但是通过看一些这方面的资料,还是让我对本专业的知识有更深的了解。而且我也知道了在钢筋混凝土中还有更广泛的应用与研究深度。所以在这方面我们还可以由更好的作为!以下就是我看的部分资料。
1、粉煤灰在北方港工混凝土中的应用研究
APPRECATION OF MUX FLY ASH INTO CONCRET ON GENTLE FROST RANGE OF NORTHERN CHINA
这篇文章ZD介绍了北方微冻地区海工泵送混凝土的双掺技术。实践表明,掺入粉煤灰和减水剂,同时掺入加气剂,混凝土中空气含量达到规范要求时,它不但可以较好地满足可泵性,节约水泥,而且可以满足北方微冻地区海工混凝土强度和耐久性要求。
This thesis put effort in introducing douple--mixed technology of pumpcrete used in coastal engineering in gentle frost range of Northern China. Experence has proved that to mix fly ash and water reducing agent with air entrainning agent into concret, this concret would have better pumpability, need less cement and meet demanded strength and durability of concret used in coastal engineering in gentle frost range of Northern China it the gas content of concret fulfills standard demand.
2、钢筋混凝土耐久性海洋暴露试验
Coastal exposure test of durability of reinforced concrete using activated admixtures
对不同技术条件的钢筋混凝土试件进行长期的海洋暴露腐蚀试验,以了解其服役特性,为钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供依据。近7年的暴露结果表明:在混凝土中掺加高炉矿渣等活性掺合料,能大大降低氯离子渗透速率,提高钢筋混凝土的耐久性。
Corrosion of steel reinforcements is one of the major problems with respect to durability of reinforced concrete structures exposed to marine environment. This paper aims at evaluating the effect of various concrete parameters on durability in coastal exposure condition. 7-year exposure results have demonstrated the substantial benefits of reducing chloride ingress and enhancing rebar anti-corrosion performance by using fly ash or granulated blast-furnace slag.
3、南方海港浪溅区钢筋混凝土设计使用寿命达到50年的对策
The countermeasures of 50 years service life on port reinforced concrete structures in south China
本文针对目前我国南方海港浪溅区钢筋混凝土使用8~10年即出现钢筋锈蚀引起破坏的情况,提出控制水灰比≤0.4、保护层≥65mm,并在混凝土中使用NSF剂,使设计使用寿命达到50年的对策。
According to foe circumstances of port reinforced concrete structures lying in wavesplashed area suffered from serious damage due to reinforcement rust after only 8 -10years operation, a few necessary technical countermeasures, such as water cement ratio ofthe concrete should not be greater than 0. 40, protective cover of reinforcement should begreater than or equal to 65 mm, and NSF admixture should be used in the concrete, areherein recommended in order to ensure 50 years over service life of the port .
4、海洋环境下钢筋混凝土结构锈裂损伤评估研究
Study on Damage Assessment of Corroded and Cracked R.C. Structures in Marine Environment
通过现场调查和室内试验,研究了海洋环境下钢筋混凝土锈裂破坏的原因和规律。从微观上看,锈裂破坏是由于锈蚀宏电池形成的坑锈;从宏观上看,锈裂破坏是 混凝土施工质量差、设计不足和环境等多种因素综合影响的结果。采用有限元法分析 钢筋周围混凝土中Z大应力的分布,从理论上证明了由工程调查得出的四种锈裂破坏 形态。提出了保证海洋环境下钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的措施。 提出将模态分析技术用于钢筋混凝土结构锈裂损伤定位与识别。根据结构锈裂损 伤前后的频率平方变化比进行锈裂损伤定位;根据结构锈裂损伤后频率降低与刚度降 低的关系,绘制结构锈裂损伤程度识别图,用于锈裂损伤程度识别。现场试验和室内 试验结果表明:模态分析技术可用于钢筋混凝土结构锈裂损伤定位与识别,在频率测 量中应减小测试误差,以保证对锈裂损伤定位的精度。 建立了钢筋锈蚀量评估的BP网络模型,该模型可以同时考虑混凝土强度、保护 层厚度、钢筋直径、裂缝宽度等多种影响因子,算例表明:BP网络模型的评估结果 与实测结果较为一致,该模型应用简便。 从锈蚀钢筋混凝土受弯构件破坏模式入手,分析其破坏...
In this paper, the reason and rule of corrosion damage of R.C. balustrades of LianYun Harbor west dam are studied by on-site investigation and lab experiments. Research on Durability and Reliability of RC Structures in Chloride Environment
在氯离子侵蚀环境中,钢筋腐蚀导致混凝土结构耐久性不足而失效破坏的现象极为普遍,而且后果严重。本文采用试验研究和数值计算相结合的方法改进和扩充了氯离子侵蚀环境中钢筋混凝土结构开始投入使用到钢筋开始发生腐蚀阶段的确定性预测模型,试验界定了钢筋开始发生腐蚀后各种耐久性极限状态,利用基于离散参数马尔可夫链的拟蒙特卡罗随机变量抽样方法,提出了一种GX计算混凝土结构不同耐久性极限状态时变可靠度的随机概率模型。 本文利用二维有限元分析了钢筋存在对混凝土中氯离子扩散的阻滞影响作用。将考虑钢筋阻滞影响的有限元计算结果与相同条件下不考虑钢筋影响的Fick第二扩散定律解析解进行对比、拟合、改进了Fick第二扩散定律的解析解,使对混凝土中钢筋开始发生腐蚀耐久性寿命的预测准确、快捷、方便。 利用区组完全设计试验方法,考虑水灰比和水泥用量两个变量对混凝土耐久性能和安全性能的影响,进而建立了混凝土耐久性指标——自由氯离子初始扩散系数D0以及安全性指标——抗压强度fcu的预测模型。该模型对于选择保证经济性、安全性和耐久性综合效果Z佳的水泥用量起到一定参考作用。 采用电解加速腐蚀方法,从试验手段界定了混凝土中...
Durability deficiency of RC structures caused by steel corrosion, which is induced by chloride ions penetration, is one of the most important topics in civil engineering field as such cases happened widely and cause big loss in the world. Damage of concrete structures in seaports and analysis on environmental factors
根据对港口混凝土建筑物破坏实例调查结果的分析,指出造成结构物破坏的环境因素是多方面的。要重视海港宏观和微观条件,精心设计细部结构,重视混凝土新技术的应用。在北方地区,还要考虑钢筋混凝土的抗冻性。
According to the investigation results of concrete structures in coastal seaports, environmental factors leading to the damage of concrete structures are considerable. The ocean and local environments should be noticed. The details of port structures should be carefully designed. Advanced techniques and new materials should be applied in construction. In north China the durability of concrete structures should be ensured.
7、钢筋混凝土的腐蚀与防护
The Corrosion of Reinforced Concrete and Its Prevention
简要介绍了钢筋混凝土在腐蚀环境条件下发生腐蚀的原因,即腐蚀性组分(主要是氯离子)渗透到钢筋表面,破坏了钢筋的钝态,并介绍了一些腐蚀防护的方法。
This paper introduces the reasons for the corrosion of the reinforced concrete under the corrosive environment. The main reason is the penetration of corrosive species from the environment into the surface of the REBAR to break its passivation. This paper also presents some ways to prevent corrosion.
