本文比较了目前国内几种常用的生产氯化钡的工艺流程,通过对工艺流程和影响产率的因素的分析,对结晶工艺过程进行了适当的改进,以毒重石残液为原料,用真空旋转蒸发结晶氯化钡的工艺... 本文比较了目前国内几种常用的生产氯化钡的工艺流程,通过对工艺流程和影响产率的因素的分析,对结晶工艺过程进行了适当的改进,以毒重石残液为原料,用真空旋转蒸发结晶氯化钡的工艺方法,探究出Z佳的工艺条件是水浴温度在85℃~90℃,控制旋转速率为42ran/min,维持真空度在0.085Mpa下,能生产高纯度的氯化钡产品。通过对结晶产品中的钙、镁、硫、铁含量的分析和讨论发现,原料液在循环利用后,氯化钡的纯度能达到98%左右。此外,由于原料液在蒸发结晶过程中对反应装置的材料有比较大的腐蚀性,探究了硫化钠对反应器的防腐蚀效果,得出在加入一定量的硫化钠后,在一定的时间段内对反应器的材料有保护作用。
