梯度定量药敏试纸鉴定条MIC条,也叫E-test条。浓度梯度纸条扩散法药敏试验又称E-试验,是将受试菌株接种于琼脂平板培养基后加贴E-试验试纸条,孵育培养后根据说明书进行判读,并按照美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)指南进行分析。此法结合了扩散法和稀释法的原理设计的浓度梯度药敏试验,可进行直接定量检测。可用于各种常见菌、苛养菌、分枝杆菌、厌氧菌和真菌等的药敏试验。尤其是酵母菌和霉菌的药敏试验是一项新的技术,由于影响因素较多,直接药敏试验较为困难,E试验法由于结果准确、稳定,受到广泛认同。
