US2000微型光谱仪光路上选用高精度光栅、2048像素CCD阵列传感器、焦距为60mm交叉式紧凑光学结构使得整台仪器体积小巧、光学分辨率达到0.35nm。

电路设计上采用16位AD可编程模块，同步时钟驱动有效YZCCD复位噪声，程控偏置电压获得宽动态测量范围，由USB2.0接口将数据以毫秒级的高速传输到电脑。

Product

US2000 Micro Spectroradiometer has used grating with high-precision, CCD array sensor with 2048 pixels and crossing compact optical structure with 60mm focus length. Due to these things, the instrument is small and the optical resolution is 0.35mm. 16-bits AD programmable modules are used to design the circuit, synchronous clock driver curbs CCD reset noise effectively, programmable controlled bias voltage acquires large dynamic testing range, and then data transmitted from high-speed USB2.0 interface to PCs.

US2000 CCD spectralradiometer is used widely. It meets most users’ requirements of spectral measurements. It can be used to measure the emission spectrum, absorption spectrum, reflectivity, transmissivity, color, etc.

1)    Optical property test of the light source and lamps

US2000 spectralradiometer matching optional attachments, such as integrating sphere, fiber, standard light source, samp领 probe.
