根系分析系统——WinRHIZO

主要功能

WinRHIZO 是一套用于洗根后的分析根系的多功能软件系统,可以分析根系长度、直径、面积、体积、根尖记数等,功能强大,操作简单,广泛运用于根系形态和构造研究。

仪器内置专门的双光源照明系统,有效的去除了阴影和不均匀现象的影响,从而提供高分辨率的彩色图像和黑白图像,读取TIFF,JPEG 标准格式的图像。并采用非统计学方法测量计算出交叉重叠部分根系长度等参量,大大提高了分析结果的准确性。同时,Pro版软件还可以进行更加复杂的根系颜色分析、连接分析、拓扑分析和分级伸展分析。

测量参数

根系整体参数:总根长、平均直径、总表面积、总投影面积、总体积、根尖数、分支数和交叉数等。

根直径等级分布参数:根长、表面积、投影面积、体积、根尖数。

根系颜色分析参数:颜色类或群的根长、投影面积、表面积、平均直径、体积、根尖计等。

根系连接分析参数:用于根系分支角度、连通性等形态研究

根系拓扑分析参数:连接数量、路径长度等研究(需要根系完整)

根系分级伸展分析参数:记录根系整体等级分布情况(需要根系完整)

图像中独立单个样品分析:单个样品分别的形态、连接、拓扑、分级伸展分析。

拟南芥版

拟南芥版除具备专业版的所有功能外,还具备如下功能:

· 对未接触到一起的幼苗、根系或其他样品,独立进行分区并分析;除了对图像中的总样品进行统计分析外,对每个独立的样品亦可进行统计分析

· 可根据图像类型,将样品边界框的长度和宽度转换成植物的高度和宽度或叶片的长度和宽度

· 对图像中每个独立的物体自动进行面积计算(如果不事先对图像进行编辑,则重叠部分不计算,接触到的物体算一个)



选购指南:

系统由以下两部分组成:

图像扑捉系统:经过厂家调试的标准根系扫描设备,匹配专门的光源,根系固定装置等。

· STD4800:扫描面积 22×30 cm,投影面积 20×25 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm

· LA2400:超大扫描面积 31x44 cm,投影面积 31x42 cm,分辨率 2400 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.011 mm
