应用案例

植物氮肥监测 全新氮肥指标-氮平衡指数NBI

氮平衡指数(NBI: Nitrogen Balance Index)是叶绿素(SFR)和类黄酮(FLAV)的比值:当未发生氮肥胁迫时,植物生长健康,合成叶绿素较多,产生的多酚(类黄酮)较少;当发生氮肥胁迫时,植物营养不平衡,产生的多酚(类黄酮)较多,生成叶绿素较少。传统方法通过叶绿素判断氮肥状况,当叶片叶绿素含量下降时(叶片变黄),说明植物缺失氮肥,在实际应用中,该方法有一定的延迟效应,叶绿素下降时几天甚至十几天前氮肥缺失的表现,即使此刻施肥,也会影响作物的产量。而通过测量NBI值来评估氮肥状况时,避免传统方法中的延迟效应,叶绿素和多酚(类黄酮)稍有变化,即可检测出植物的氮肥状况,及时快速进行氮肥管理。
