阔叶图像分析系统——WinFOLIA

主要功能

采用开放式架构体系,自由组合为田间便携式、实验室型等扫描、摄像方式的个性面积测量仪器,获取叶片图形并精确分析计算叶片面积及其相关参数,广泛运用于农艺和林学等形态学、病理学研究。

运用各种图形扑捉设备获取高质量叶片图形,运用专业软件分析计算叶片面积等相关参数,该软件可以读取其他TIFF标准图形,还可以额外配置XLFolia软件协助数据处理。

测量参数

叶子测量参数:叶面积(单个和总的),叶子穿孔面积(单个和总的),叶子长度,叶周长,叶ZD宽度、平均宽度,纵横比,形状因子。

叶片测量参数:叶片面积(单个和总的),叶片和叶柄长度,叶片ZD宽度、平均宽度,叶片周长、自定义叶片宽度,自定义长度和角度,自定义裂片角度。

其他测量参数:分析区域面积,叶片锯齿高度、宽度、数量,包膜,不规则叶片形态分,病理分析(颜色分析)。


应用领域

广泛应用于植物生理学、植物病理学、植物生态学、农学、园艺、林学等学科,可进行形态学、病理学研究。

选购指南:

系统由以下两部分组成:

图像扑捉系统:经厂家调试的台式扫描仪或便携式扫描仪(笔记本电脑供电)。

· LC4800P:扫描面积 22×30 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm,便携式。

· STD4800:扫描面积 22×30 cm,投影面积 20×25 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm。

· LA2400:超大扫描面积 31x44 cm,投影面积 31x42 cm,分辨率 2400 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.011 mm 。
