高衍射效率(典型值为95%)使客户能够在多通道配置中将光学损耗降至最低。高能脉冲和连续激光系统将受益于衍射光栅的高光学损伤阈值。它们不含有机材料,可以承受高达 500°C 的温度而不会降低性能。
与反射衍射光栅不同,透射衍射光栅可以与偏振无关,并且可以在最佳Littrow角度下工作,输入光束和衍射光束之间的角度间距很大。
