二、直流恒流源
提供Isc的1.25倍电流
三、热电偶
能够精确测量二极管壳温
四、数据采集及处理
1. 通过软件设置试验条件,自动数据采集,并计算二极管结温;
2. 利用万用表,考核二极管是否被击穿。

A hand-held electric drill: for junction box borehole and export cable and thermocouple
