聚合物基质反相色谱柱
聚甲基丙烯酸基质的反相色谱柱有较宽的孔径和粒径范围可供选择。尽管在分辨率和稳定性方面不如硅胶基质的反相色谱柱,但是聚合物基质的色谱柱具有以下优势:
更宽的pH使用范围(1-12),可使许多碱性化合物在非带电形式下得到分析,从而减少二次相互作用发生,进而改善样品峰形。
由于二次相互作用的降低,大大改善了多肽和蛋白的回收率。
TSKgel Octadecyl-NPR色谱柱填料粒径为2.5 µm,具有更快的传质过程,更高的柱效,以及在微克级载量下更高的蛋白回收。TSKgel Octadecyl-2PW是以粒径为5 µm的TSKgel G2000PW树脂为填料基质,孔径12.5 nm,而TSKgel Octadecyl-4PW是以TSKgel G4000PW树脂为填料基质,孔径为50 nm。
TSKgel Phenyl-5PW RP色谱柱是以粒径为10 µm的TSKgel G5000PW树脂为填料基质,平均孔径为100 nm。
