2.3 µm Super系列反相色谱柱 TSKgel Super
TSKgel Super-ODS、Super-Octyl 和 Super-Phenyl 色谱柱均由2.3 µm球形硅胶颗粒制备而成,孔径为14 nm。色谱柱的硅颗粒大小非常均匀,能提供超过每米160,000 塔板的柱效率,但其压降可与3 µm颗粒填充柱相媲美。除谱带增宽作用降低而产生的灵敏度提高以外,Super系列的主要优势还在于节省时间和溶剂的消耗量。
注意:Super系列色谱柱的硅颗粒具有相对较小的空隙容积,因此会产生比其它大多数反相柱更短的保留时间。例如,为实现与TSKgel ODS-100V 相似的保留时间,TSKgel Super-ODS 色谱柱的流动相有机溶剂百分比必须减少20~30% 左右。
TSKgel Super-Octyl 和TSKgel Super-Phenyl 色谱柱适用于亲水和疏水肽、胰蛋白酶降解物、肽图分析、低分子量药物、ka啡碱、嘧啶、核苷和核苷酸的高通量分析。
