TSKgel ODS-80 系列反相色谱柱
10 nm 孔径、5 µm粒径的TSKgel ODS-80TM 色谱柱和TSKgel ODS-80Ts 色谱柱用于分析小分子化合物,具有4种不同的化学官能团,能满足各种分析需求。B型硅胶基质材料具有高纯度,且几乎不含金属离子杂质。
此类反相柱与单体键合化学物相结合,被公认为制药应用方面的通用分析柱。
单体材料按照以下命名法进行描述:
键合相孔径尺寸由产品说明中的数字表示,例如,TSKgel ODS-80Ts 具有8.0 nm 标称孔径尺寸。硅胶基质材料的孔径尺寸为10 nm。
T 表示封端处理相。
如在TSKgel ODS-80TM中,M 表示已进行了常规封端RX 处理。
如在TSKgel ODS-80Ts中,S 表示已进行了彻底封端RX 处理。
TSKgel ODS-80Ts QA中的QA 表示保留力和选择性的zui高的批对批再现性。
TSKgel ODS-80TM 是一款通用柱,适用于药物分析、碱性化合物以及核酸片段。TSKgel ODS-80Ts 色谱柱由于完全封端处理,所以特别适用于强碱性化合物和 pH=7.5 条件下的操作应用。
TSKgel Octyl-80Ts 色谱柱的化学动力学比ODS 更快,但疏水选择性更低。TSKgel CN-80Ts 是极性化合物分析中的ODS 和辛基柱的替代柱。
