极性有机溶剂相色谱柱 TSKgel Alpha

TSKgel Alpha 是一种基材为亲水性甲基丙烯酸酯的尺寸排阻色谱柱，主要用于分析可溶于极性有机溶剂的聚合物，例如纤维素衍生物、聚酰亚胺、十二烷基硫酸钠（含有10 mmol/L LiBr的 DMF溶剂），清洁凝胶（甲醇溶剂）、以及聚乙烯醇的皂化度（HFIP溶剂）等。图1是TSKgel Alpha 色谱柱的校准曲线。

与TSKgel PW 系列色谱柱不同的是，Alpha色谱柱可在100%极性有机溶剂流动相中使用。图2显示了此款色谱柱可以使用的溶剂
