文档简介ISO812硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶--低温脆性的测定ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthelowesttemperatureatwhichrubbermaterialsdonotexhibitbrittlefailureorthetemperatureatwhichhalfofthetestpiecesusedinatestfailwhenimpactedunderspecifiedconditions.Thetemperaturesthusdetermineddonotnecessarilyrelatetothelowesttemperatureatwhichthematerialcanbeusedsincethebrittlenesswillbeaffectedbytheconditionsoftestandespeciallybytherateofimpact.Dataobtainedbythismethod首ld,therefore,beusedtopredictthebehaviourofrubbersatlowtemperaturesonlyinapplicationsinwhichtheconditionsofdeformationaresimilartothosespecifiedinthetest.Threeproceduresaredescribed:procedureA,inwhichthebrittlenesstemperatureisdetermined;procedureB,inwhichthebrittlenesstemperaturefor50%failureisdetermined;procedureC,inwhichthetestpieceisimpactedataspecifiedtemperature.ProcedureCisusedintheclassificationofrubbermaterialsandforspecificationpurposes.NOTEAsimilartestforrubber-coatedfabricsisdescribedinISO4646,Rubber-orplastics-coatedfabricsLow-temperatureimpacttest.
