文档简介PreparationandcharacterizationofnovelCe-dopednonstoichiometricnanosilica/polysulfonecompositemembranesYuqingZhang,LiboShan,ZhengyuTu,YahuiZhangPolysulfone(PSF)isakindofmembranematerialwithbetterperformanceandbroadlyappliedinwaterpurification,biochemistryseparation,Chinesetraditionalherbdrugsextractionandconcentration,etc.ButPSFmembranehasatendencytobecontaminatedforitshydrophobicity,whichcanresultindecliningoffluxandlifeofthemembrane.ToenhancethecapabilityofPSFmembrane,suchastensilestrength,hydrophilicproperty,anti-fou领ability,novelorganicinorganiccompositemembraneswerepreparedbyaprocessofaddingmodifiednanosilicawithhigheractivityandhydrophilicpropertytotheporousmatrixofPSF.Ce-dopednonstoichiometricnanosilica(modifiednanosilica)wassynthesizedbydopingtherareearthCeelement.Compositemembraneswerepreparedbysolgelprocessandcharacterizedbytestoftensilestrength,contactangel,porosity,infraredspectroscope(IR),environmentscanningelectronmicroscope(ESEM)andperformanceforoilwaterseparation.Theresultsshowthattensilestrengthisimprovedtoalargeextentandcontactangelreducesfrom78.6to41.7;porosityreaches75%.IRspectrumofthecompositemembraneindicatesthattheceriumelementhasenteredintotheframeworkofnanosilica.ESEMmicrographsindicatethatthecompositemembraneowningtheasymmetrystructurehastwolayersofcompactlayerandporouslayerandthatmodifiednanosilicaisuniformlydispersedinPSF.Thefluxintreatmentofwastewatercontainingoilisgreatlyincreased,soitindicatesthattheantifou领abilityissignificantlyenhancedandtreatmentofwastewatercontainingoilusingthecompositemembranedevelopedisfeasibleanddesirable.
