文档简介RoomTemperatureIonicLiquidBasedPolystyreneNanofiberswithSuperhydrophobicityandConductivityProducedbyElectrospinningXianboLu,JianhuaZhou,YihuaZhao,YongQiu,andJinghongLi*Inthisreport,apolystyrene-ionicliquid(PS-IL)compositenanofiberwassuccessfullyproducedforthefirsttimebyanelectrospinningmethod.TheelectrospuncompositefilmswerecharacterizedbySEM,FTIR,cyclicvoltammetry,watercontactangle(WCA)measurement,andconductivitymeasurement.Thedimension,morphology,conductivity,andhydrophobicityofelectrospunPS-ILcompositefilmcanbeeffectivelycontrolledbyalteringtheexperimentalparametersforelectrospinning,especiallythecontentofILintheoriginalelectrospinningsolution.TheelectrospunPS-ILcompositefilmdisplayedbothsuperhydrophobicityandconductivity,whichmaybeascribedtothemicro-andnanoscalehierarchicalstructuresofthePS-ILcompositefilmandtheintrinsichydrophobicityandconductivityoftheIL(BMIPF6).EntrapmentofILwithinpolymerbyelectrospinningprovidesafacilewaytocreateIL-basednanofibersandcompositefilmandmayfindwidepotentialapplicationsinthefabricationofcontrollableandfunctionalsurface.
