文档简介Themorphologicaleffectsuponenzymaticdegradationofpoly（butylenesuccinate-co-butyleneterephthalate）s（PBST）FaxueLi*,Xin极anXu,JianyongYu,AminCaoInthiswork,theenzymaticdegradationofpoly（butylenesuccinate-co-butyleneterephthalate）（PBST）copolyesterswasstudiedusingthelipasefromPseudomonas（LipasePS）.ThebiodegradationbehaviorwasfoundtostronglydependontheoverallimpactsofseveralimportantfactorsastheBTcomonomerstructureandmolarcontent,thermalcharacteristics,morphology,theenzyme-substrate,andsoforth.Further,thebiodegradedresidualfilmsampleswereallowedtobeanalyzedbymeansofgelpermeationchromatography（GPC）,protonnuclearmagneticresonance（1HNMR）,differentialscanningcalorimeter（DSC）,smallangleX-rayscattering（SAXS）,andscanningelectronmicroscope（SEM）.Ontheexperimentalevidences,anexo-typemechanismofenzymaticchainhydrolysispreferentiallyoccurringintheamorphousregionwassuggestedforthePBSTfilmsamples.
