职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent, prefer in lab / administrative management;
2. 3~5 years working experience in relevant position;
3. Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft productivity software applications;
4. Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
5. Proved fast learner.
6. Ability to organize and communicate effectively.
职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Provide good and satisfaction service to customer, visitor and employees
2. Daily reception job at reception counter;
3. Picking up the telephone at reception counter;
4. Receive, organizes, and distributes daily mails, freight and express;
5. Order and stock control for stationery, misc accessories and drinking water;
6. Conference room management
7. Significant activity support like conference meeting, annual party, family day, etc.
8. Other administrative job which assigned by Admin Manager
9. Other jobs when required & Support manager in related issues
