Qualifications

1) Bachelor degree in refrigeration;

2) Over three years’ experience in designing entire refrigerate system for refrigerator or freezer, chiller for industrial or commercial preferable;

3) Good knowledge for compressor and its protection configuration, control of the electronic expansion valve, DC fan and motor, experience on inverter compressor, R134a, R600a and R290 cooling system is preferable;

4) Familiar with 3D/2D design software, preferable inventor;

5) Familiar with relevant GB and international standards;

6) Good command of English, especially listening and speaking;

7) Willing to work independently as well as to cooperate with peers;

8) Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;

responsibility

1) Research work, for instance new technology of cooling system;

2) Design complete cooling system for chiller and other devices according to valid standards and guidelines;

3) Closely work with the electronic engineer to improve the software control of the cooling system;

4) Guide the manufacture/process of the production for the refrigerant system;

5) Control production design and manufacturing costs;

6) Make sure the development process is in accordance with pre-set project schedule;

7) Assemble functional samples, prototype sample and carry out the function test;

8) Collect and evaluate test data of the above, and do the improvement, trouble shooting and analyse independently;

9) Compile technical documents;

10) Conduct calculations and simulations;

11) Prepare BOM, technical drawings, instruction manuals and etc;

12) Analyze hazard and error;
