Supplier Quality Engineer

- Bachelor degree in science engineering, prefer major in mechanical or electric engineering

- Min 2 years professional experience as supplier quality engineer

- Good knowledge and skills of ISO 9001, IQC, IPQC, FQC, PPAP, MSA, Cpk, APQP, FMEA, Kaizen, UL

- Experience in initial and existing supplier evaluation process

- Very good communication skills (Chinese and English)

- Strong collaboration, influencing, negotiation & conflict resolution skills

- Excellent skills in data analysis and data management using CAQ, Excel, or other PC platform software

- Proficient in the use of mechanical, electrical, and electronic inspection tools & equipment

- Follow up supplier complaints and assures corrective action (8D) has been introduced, domestic and international

- Define disposition of none conformities with supplier, in accordance with impact on customer

- Perform initial supplier audit for potential new suppliers, as well as regular audits for existing suppliers

- Amend inspection plan for all new none conformities detected at customers and production plant.

- Share regular supplier QA KPI and follow improvement plan

- Functional advisor for incoming inspector within the same commodity

- Deputy of supplier quality manager

- Other tasks assigned by quality director or quality manager
