职位要求
1) Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related majors;
2) More than 8 years sales experience in lab equipment with at least 3 years in channel management;
3) Proficiency in Chinese & English;
4) Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
5) Well organized and able to interpret and draw relevant insights from various resources and methodologies;
职位描述
1) Maintain the successful relationship with current authorized distributors and potential dealers.
2) Identify and evaluate new sales channels and negotiate for the long-term cooperation according to the company strategy;
3) Collect and analyze the market trend; develop, offer and implement distribution sales plan/ strategy according to yearly distributors target of the territories;
4) Organize the periodic trainings to distributors/ dealers’ sales people to ensure the high quality agents promote IKA products. Follow up and support distributors’ marketing activities.
5) Collect and analysis competitors’ channel strategy, price and channel management policy.
