1. Report to Event Manager

2. Manage CRM database to ensure proper upkeep of customer data (China only)

a. Enter campaign response into CRM system within 7 days after the event

b. File the sign in form and response report by campaign

c. Check completion of prospect creation daily

3. Handle web administration daily (China only)

a. Customer mapping

b. Handle ‘contact us’ and ‘interest/purchase intent’ inquiry

c. Coordinate the serial id inquiry in web between Waters India and China service team
