研究光在生物组织中的传播特性是生物医用光学的重要内容。它在医学上的应用有重要的理论以及实际意义,既可以无损地探测组织的光学性质参数,又可以用来成像。而生物组织折射率是组织的重要光学特性参数之一,这一数据的精确测量与否关系到生物组织光学众多研究的基础。
本论文根据全反射原理,克服了组织的强散射问题,设计了一个由白光光源,光纤,透镜,单等腰直角棱镜,光谱仪等构成的测量装置,通过测量临界状态时,白光进入直角棱镜的入射角A,以及棱镜的折射率N,再由公式计算出生物组织的折射率。
该实验的设计是使白光经棱镜散射,从中选取赤绿蓝三色不同波长的光进行测量。经过试验,所得生物组织折射率的数据资料基本与参考文献相同,用结果论证了该测量方法有效可行,为进一步完善生物组织光学的特性参数研究提供了又一方法。
It's a very important content of biomedical optical to study the characteristics of light propagation in biological tissue. The application of the research in medical has great theoretical and pratical significance. It cannot only detect the optical property parameters scathelessly but also generate image. Refractive index of biological tissue is one of the important optical property prameters. The accurace of this data concerns the foundation of many optical research on biological tissue.
According total reflection theory, this article overcome the strong scattering of biological tissue. A measuring instrument, which is constructed by white light source, fiber, lens, isosceles right-angle prism and spectrometer, is designed in this article. The incident angle A of white light entering right-angle prism and the refractive index N of prism were measured at critical state, then the refractive index of biological tissue can be calculated by formula.
The design of the experiment is to measure the wave length of red, green and blue light that white light scattered from prism. The calculated refractive index of biological tissue is same as the reference. The result proved that the measurement is valid. A new method is presented to further research the characteristics of light propagation in biological tissue.
