pcr管与离心管

离心管不一定是PCR管，离心管按照其容量分好多种，常用的有1.5ml，2ml，5ml，15或者50ml，Z小的一种（250ul）可作为PCR管使用。
PCR反应板是96孔或者384孔的，是专门为批量反应设计的，其原理是PCR仪和测序仪的通量一般为96或者384，你可以上网搜一下图。
至于裙边，这部分跟PCR本身就没什么关系了，有没有裙边主要是根据您使用的仪器决定的，比如有些测序仪上只能匹配半裙边的96孔板，而一般的PCR仪使用带不带裙边的板子都是一样的

PCR管的管壁需要thin walled这样温度可以快速传达。不过我也用厚点的0.5mL离心管做过，也是可以的。。but do not recommend
裙边的东西我也不知道我给你查了个大概.我们常用的是semi的。
