Collection broths play a critical role in the success of an environmental monitoring program. HiCap™ neutralizing broth is the first collection broth developed specifically for use in the food and beverage industry as an alternative to traditional collection broths. The polyurethane sponges included with each bag are nontoxic and do not contain biocides. Unlike the “wet” cellulose manufacturing process, there is no need to include biocides to control microbial growth during the polymerization process.

Model 00649-92 includes a glove.

Durable high-density polyurethane sponge is packed in a sealed
18-oz. (532 ml) write-on Whirl-Pak® bag and hydrated with 16 ml of
HiCap™ Neutralizing Broth.
