Self-recirculating models feature barbed fitting ports for buffer exchange via an external recirculating pump to minimize buffer breakdown and maintain constant pH.

What's included: buffer chamber, UV transparent gel tray with gasket end gates, safety lid with attached power leads, and built-in leveling base. All combs are 1.5-mm thick.
Item 28553-30 also includes one each 16-, 24-, and 36-well combs.
