测量电极在质子电解质中气体特性的测量模块
ECC-Air气体组分测量模块采用的是模块化的设计,致力于电极在质子电解质中气体扩散的电化学表征,如锂空气电池。扩散型电极是与上面的多孔不锈钢集电器(板)接触,并通过它来“呼吸”的。多孔板上方的池体内气体是通过端口与电池连通。整个设计中包括一个参比电极。

高精度,18毫米直径堆叠式几何设计,同心度优于0.1毫米
电极上的机械压力均匀可调整并可重复
使用PE垫圈的可靠的低泄漏密封件
电解质填充在组装简单、可靠
快速组装和拆卸电池组件,容易清洁
对于事后分析,很容易查看电极内部
除PE 密封圈外其它池组件可重用的
电解液的体积最小0.1毫升,最大的减小了死体积
与非质子或有机电解质接触材料是不锈钢和PEEK
