ECC-Ref测量池-带参比电极的电化学测试模块

ECC-Ref带参比电极的电化学测试模块是在三电极下专门用来表征质子电池和电容器系统的测试模块。


ECC-Ref带参比电极的电化学测试模块是在三电极下专门用来表征质子电池和电容器系统的

测试模块。典型的应用是表征一个完整的锂离子电池的特性(如石墨阳极和锂金属氧化物阴极)

与金属锂参比电极。可以使用装配工具把ECC-Ref测量池变为二电极配置,同时也就把ECC-Ref转

换成了 ECC-Std测试模块。


与电解液接触的测量池部件是不锈钢和PEEK组成的,它们可以承受在锂离子电池和质子超

级电容器技术所使用的非质子或有机电解质的腐蚀侵蚀。


电流收集器也可以使用其他金属如316 l(1.4404),金和钽。

电极上的机械压力均匀可调整并可重复

使用PE垫圈的可靠的低泄漏密封件

电解质填充在组装简单、可靠

快速组装和拆卸电池组件,容易清洁

对于事后分析,很容易查看电极内部

PE 密封圈外其它池组件可重用的

电解液的体积最小0.1毫升,最大的减小了死体积

与非质子或有机电解质接触材料是不锈钢和PEEK

可根据用户需要提供特殊材料/解决方案
