应用低场核磁共振及其成像技术研究绿豆浸泡过程

摘要:低场核磁共振的主磁场强度为0.1-0.5T,由于成本低、维护成本低、操作方便等优点,使其成为目前市场上主流开发的磁共振设备之一。低场核磁共振在众多领域都有着极为广泛的应用,如食品、农业以及石油化工领域。本文应用低场核磁共振及其成像技术对绿豆浸泡过程进行研究,目的是从一种新的角度来解释探寻绿豆种子以及其它相似种子吸水这一动态过程,包括如何用核磁共振测量绿豆的吸水率,如何用绿豆中水的T2弛豫时间变化来解释绿豆中水的结合状态,以及对绿豆浸泡过程进行磁共振成像来观测水被绿豆吸入的过程。

Abstract: The main magnetic field strength of low field NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) is around 0.1 to 0.5T. It is one of the most wildly used magnetic resonance types on the market because of the advantage of low cost and easily maintance, etc. Applications of low field NMR are spread out in many realms including food manufacture, petroleum industry and agriculture industry. This article did a research on the water absorbing progress of mung beans by low field NMR, as a new point to demonstrate and explore the dynamic water absorbing progress of mung beans , other similar kinds of seeds as well. The content includes how to measure the water absorbing speed of mung beans by NMR, how to explain the combination state of water inside mung beans by its T2 relaxation time and the observation of water absorbing progress by using MRI technology upon the immersion progress of mung beans.
