Effect of Hexacyanoferrate(II/III) on Self-Assembled

Hexacyanoferrate (II/III) is a redox probe commonly applied in the characterization of
SAMs. However, it has been reported that the redox probe influences the characteristics of
the SAM. Since the stability of the SAM is of paramount importance in sensitive detection
of unlabeled peptides and proteins with impedimetric immunosensors, the effect of this
redox probe has been further investigated.
