GB/T2423.22-2002皓天告诉您,为何灯具要做冷热冲击试验测试?
【概述】
冷热冲击试验是用于考核产品对周围环境温度急剧变化的适应性,是装备设计定型的鉴定试验和批量生产阶段的例行试验中不可缺少的试验,在有些情况下也可以用于环境应力筛选试验。
The thermal shock test is used to examine the adaptability of the product to the rapid change of ambient temperature. It is an indispensable test in the identification test of the design of equipment and the routine test in the stage of mass production. In some cases, it can also be used in the screening test of environmental stress.
【实验/设备条件】
灯具行业做冷热冲击试验的原因有:
1)、灯具的塑胶外壳无法承受环境能力,在高低温冲击时,LED塑胶外壳容易催化破坏。
2)、灯管在温度急剧变化环境下会出现烧坏的情况。
3)、照明灯的电路板芯在冷热冲击环境下容易短路。
The reasons for the lamp industry to do the cold and hot shock test are as follows:
1) the plastic shell of the lamp can not withstand the environmental capacity, when the impact of high and low temperature, the plastic shell of the LED is easy to catalysis damage.
2) the lamp tube will burn out in the environment of rapid temperature change.
3) the circuit board core of the lamp is easy to short circuit in the environment of cold and hot shock.
【样品提取】
若灯具体积大,可抽取1-2台灯具做试验,若灯具体积很小,可抽取100-200支做测试。根据贵司的的测试条件,若冲击试验有缓冲的测试要求的,则选择三箱冷热冲击试验箱。若试验要求迅速5s以内,没有缓冲要求,则选择两箱冷热冲击试验箱。
If the volume of lamps is large, 1-2 lamps can be extracted for test; if the volume of lamps is small, 100-200 lamps can be extracted for test. According to the test conditions of your company, if the impact test requires cushioning, three boxes of cold and hot impact test boxes should be selected. If the test requirement is quick within 5S and there is no buffer requirement, choose two boxes of cold and hot impact test chamber.
【实验/操作方法】
打开皓天冷热冲击试验箱,设置您所需的测试参数,举例:冲击温度设定在-40℃至150℃,做5个循环,每个循环有99组,灯具通电测试,点亮直至试验结束,灯具自动熄灭。
Open the Haotian cold and hot impact test chamber and set the test parameters you need. 【实验结果/结论】
合格的灯具在冷热冲击试验的测试过程中,灯具在经过高温高压测试后,不能出现表面脱漆、变色、开裂、材料变形等异常现象。灯具在经过冲击测试后,不能发生漏电,点等不良等电气异常现象。
