The emission of oxides of nitrogen, or NOx, by aircraft is an international concern. NOxcontributes to smog in the lower atmosphere and destroys ozone in the stratosphere. To reduce NOxand other harmful emissions, NASA has developed Multipoint Lean-Direct Injection (MP-LDI). To determine the effectiveness of MP-LDI and its potential for future commercial use, particle image velocimetry (PIV) obtains velocity data which is important for setting the inlet and boundary conditions needed for validating computational fluid dynamics codes such as the National Combustor Code (NCC). 德国LaVision PIV/PLIF粒子成像测速场仪
