微流控细胞压缩系统可以通过调节正气压力对体外组织样本或3D细胞培养物进行循环或静态压缩。FX-5000C压缩系统使用 BioPress培养板在活塞和固定压板之间压缩样品。它最多可以施加14 磅的压力。凭借使用 FX-5000C加压系统,研究人员可以在体外观察模拟体内条件的生化变化和细胞信号传导。

微流控细胞压缩系统FX-5000C的优点:
1)产生高达14磅作用力的正气压力(最小力分辨率为0.1磅力)
2)在来自肌肉、肺、心脏、血管、皮肤、肌腱、韧带、软骨和骨骼的3D构建或组织样本中模拟的体内组织应变和频率;
3)使用BioPress培养板或StagePresser显微镜设备在活塞和固定压板之间压缩样品
4)在一个方案内编程多个频率、幅度和波形变化,频率范围从0.01到5.0Hz;
5)一个FX-5000微流控压缩系统可以驱动四个FlexLink控制器
6)可在Windows7系统上运行FlexSoft FX-5000操作软件
